About Us

Key Assets is an innovative non government foster care program that prides itself in ensuring the best care experience for children in alternative living arrangements, their carers and support staff. Key Assets is a not for profit arm of the international organisation Foster Care Associates which cares for children in alternative care around the world and is recognized for its successful outcomes.

Key Assets recruits carers with varying backgrounds and experience to work as part of a close team that provides alternative care and a secure and warm environment for children, young people or teenagers. Key Assets carers provide short, medium and long term care to children aged 0 -18 years old in metropolitan and country regions.

Key Assets takes a team approach to work with the child, carer and the Department for Child Protection to achieve a service that best fits the needs of the child. The agency is child focused, supportive of its carers (and their families) and professional in its approach.
