Key Assets Launch

Key Assets Office, Western Australia

Key Assets was launched amidst much excitement in April 2008. Attending the Celebration were the Founders of Foster Care Associates (FCA) in the United Kingdom, Jan Rees and Jim Cockburn. Key Assets is associated with FCA, an international organisation that cares for children all over the world.

Key Assets Fostering Agency

The Launch commenced with a Welcome to the Land by an Aboriginal Elder. A well known Aboriginal Artist created a painting for Key Assets which is proudly displayed in the office. FCA Executive Director Estella Abraham is pictured below with Jan and Jim.

Key Assets inaugural group of foster carers and their children enjoyed the celebration as did colleagues from the Department for Child Protection and representatives from non government fostering agencies.

The ceremony was opened by Jim Cockburn followed by guitar music and singing and a feast which was enjoyed by all.
