Key Assets Fostering is a not-for-profit organisation and part of Fostering First International, a worldwide brand of foster care providers who are part of the Core Assets Group.
Core Assets provides an international portfolio of social care services, offering innovative business solutions. Core Assets is headed by founder Jim Cockburn (Executive Chairman) and Jan Rees (Non-Executive Director) and managed by a Board of Directors, consisting of five executive directors and two non-executive directors.
Key Assets Fostering in Australia is led by Estella Abraham (CEO Fostering First International) and supported by Gary Cox (Chief Operating Officer Fostering First International). Each state has an autonomous General Manager who is responsible for the business strategy, development and day to day operations.
Core Assets has an expanding international portfolio of services. All entities are fully audited by the Group’s global Auditor. Core Assets ensures sound governance and delivers high professional standards in all its entities.
The Group's operating structure reflects the company culture, with a short and simple chain between strategy and service delivery. Its systems and internal controls throughout the organisation ensure that we comply with statutory, regulatory and internal policies and procedures in all the jurisdictions we operate in.
