"My name is Nusrat Harper and I am a Manager here at Key Assets Fostering in South Australia.
"My role within Key Assets Fostering is to support and manage the Social Workers and the Support team. Part of my role is to oversee the referrals that are received by our agency and identify potential matches with the carers that have been assessed by Key Assets Fostering and approved by the Department for Families and Communities.
"I arrange and run the foster carer support group for our approved carers which takes place once a month. I also facilitate the ongoing training program that we have in place for our carers.
"Prior to working for Key Assets Fostering, I worked at the Youth court of South Australia and, before that, Families SA for four years. I emigrated to Australia from the UK in 2006 where I worked as a Child Protection Social Worker for ten years.
