“I have been a qualified Social Worker for 25 years with lengthy experience in working in a Local Authority in North Wales, predominantly in Child Protection as well as Family Placement.
“I joined Foster Care Associates (FCA) in 2001, initially as a Foster Carer Supervising Social Worker and then a Team Manager in the North West area of the United Kingdom (UK). I established FCA in the North Wales as an FCA Region for which I eventually became Director.
“In 2006 I was promoted to Group Director having responsibility for Wales and a number of other FCA Regions throughout the UK.
“More recently I became a member of the Fostering First International Team with responsibility for Sweden and establishing a presence in Germany."
