Key Assets – The Children’s Services Provider is part of the Core Assets Group, an international social enterprise organisation which provides an extensive portfolio of children and family social care services.

Core Assets offers innovative solutions to the out of home care and child protection sector. Core Assets is headed by founder Jim Cockburn (Executive Chairman) and Jan Rees (Non-Executive Director) and overseen by a Board of Directors, consisting of five executive directors and one non-executive director.

Key Assets in Australia which is a not-for-profit company and a registered charity is led by CEO Estella Abraham.  There is a board of Directors consisting of the CEO, COO, Executive Director – Australasia, 2x State Directors and supported by a Company Secretary.  Each State has an autonomous Director who is responsible for the business strategy, development and day to day operations.

All entities are fully audited by the Group’s global auditor. The Core Assets Group ensures sound governance and delivers high professional standards in all its entities.

We have an operating structure that reflects our culture, with a short and simple chain between strategy and service delivery. Our systems and internal controls throughout the organisation ensure that we comply with statutory, regulatory and internal policies and procedures in all the jurisdictions in which we operate.
