“I began my journey in the fostering field as a coordinator for respite camps for children with disabilities. This lead to a fulfilling journey as a respite, transitional and long term foster carer for children of varying backgrounds and ages.

“Upon completing my social work degree I felt that my experience as a foster carer and my skills in social work could be beneficial in giving support and advice to foster carers along their journey. Key Assets Fostering was, therefore the perfect place to make this a reality.

“Through my work as a foster carer, I had knowledge of the Team Parenting™ approach to care offered through Key Assets Fostering and the highly dedicated and passionate staff who work very hard on ensuring foster carers receive the information, support and advice that they require.

“I am proud to be a recruitment team member of such a progressive and genuine agency.”
